Marcia Horowitz, owner/baker of "OMG RU Sure Its Gluten Free?" facilitated this workshop hosted by Congregation Eitz Chaim in Monroe. Presented by the Jewish Federation and the Jewish Food Experience, the women made mandel bread, often referred to as Jewish biscotti. Needless to say, the mandel bread was delicious and a great time was had by all.
