Shalom Baby Welcomes Newborns

Are you expecting or know someone who is? Have you recently adopted a newborn? Our Shalom Baby welcome bag is filled with Jewish – themed gifts and resources. We would love to provide you with one of these gift bags complements of the Jewish Federation of Greater Orange County and many of our Jewish community synagogues, agencies and schools.

Shalom baby is designed to help Orange County, NY families (affiliated, non –affiliated, and interfaith) celebrate the arrival of their Jewish newborn. You will find information from many different organizations in the Orange County Jewish community. Some of these organizations offer programs for infants and toddlers, from Jewish pre-school and beyond.

The best way to get the word out about Shalom Baby is by word of mouth. Please let us know if you are aware of someone in our community that might enjoy getting a Shalom Baby Basket? Maybe your Physical Therapist is Jewish or the Yoga teacher…

A PJ Library signup form along with a sample of "OY BABY" DVD is one of a few of the items that will be enclosed! The PJ LIBRARY is a Jewish family engagement program. Families are able to explore the timeless core values of Judaism through books and music. Look for the sign up form in the basket or go online to sign up today here.
