Even our carry-ons are good. I'm also glad I had an hour to chill and take a few deep breaths. We're meeting 17 of the 21 mission participants at Congregation Eitz Chaim where a bus will whisk us away to Newark Airport. The others will meet us at the gate. Fortunately, I have a representative from Gil Travel meeting us to facilitate check in. Perhaps one of the benefits of a UJC mission? Anyway, I expect smooth sailing until we touch down in Tel Aviv Sunday at 5:30pm Israel time. Then straight up to Kibbutz Lavi for 2 nights. More about that when we get there. Meanwhile, I'm going to double check my DVR and make sure I don't forget anything.
