23 miles – beginner and intermediate riders in a suburban / rural environment

Meet at the intersection of 17-A and Route 94 in Florida, NY (in the parking lot by the Florida Dollar Tree at 176 North Main Street in Florida, NY).  Be prepared to see a landscape of fields, pastures, woods and farms while cycling on lightly traveled roads. When you crest a hill and see the open landscapes of Pine Island NY (enriched soil areas) or cycle past the lovely homes in rural Warwick, you will enjoy a sense of diversion from your everyday environment.

This ride is part of our series of training rides for the New York Ride & Retreat, held on Labor Day weekend. This recruitment event is open to everyone! Bring your coworkers, friends, and family – all ages and athletic abilities are welcome.
