Your friends at the Jewish Federation of Greater Orange County and the PJ Library invite you and your PJ Library children to experience a real Yiddish Farm in action.
You will see the grains that they grow to make matzah. You will hear what life on the farm is like. You will see chickens roaming around.
Together we will read the story of "Beautiful Yetta: the Yiddish Chicken" by Daniel and Jill Pinkwater. The children will receive a copy of the book to take home.
Juice and fruit served, dietary restrictions observed.
Please note that the farm is not wheelchair/stroller-accessible. Parents should expect to bring a carrier for any children too small to walk on their own when we go along trails and fields.
